Sustainable farming practices for the best tasting crops with minimal environmental impact

OUR FARMS

We currently own and operate two organic farms: the first in Shandong Yantai, and the second on Shanghai’s Chongming Island. Both farms follow sustainable natural farming techniques, including but not limited to crop rotations,natural pest control and composting.

YANTAI FARM

Located in a coastal region in Shandong, our 1,000-mu (165 acres) Yantai farm grows over a hundred different varieties of organic produce, from leafy greens to root vegetables.

CHONGMING FARM

Our second 1,000-mu (165 acres) farm is located on Chongming Island, about a one-hour drive from downtown Shanghai. With 80 greenhouses in operation, the Chongming location primarily grows leafy greens, such as kale, spinach, and a variety of lettuce types. The farm provides about 50% of the produce used in our four locations.
